Our Capabilities

Rubbertech can offer both UK and Far East moulding operations, our factory is based in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire and has a complete set of moulding facilities comprising of compression, transfer and rubber injection machines.

The equipment in the UK factory is capable of processing most modern technical elastomers. This allows us to produce mouldings that will achieve various chemical and environmental standards and also with the option of metal to rubber bonding.

With our in house printing and spraying facilities we can offer various finishes to our silicone mouldings, these coatings can alter the texture, colour and add metallic and gloss finishes. We can also spray and mould in thermo chromic material that will change the colour of the moulding with temperature.
