Anti-microbial coated keypads for hospitals Keypad in hospital wards required anti-microbial coating which was permanent and would kill and resist growth of harmful bacteria. New process developed to give hard wearing and anti-microbial finish.

Wiper wheel Major drug company required development of wiper that would clean specific areas of plastic carrier tape prior to drug being loaded into pocket on tape. A wiper wheel was developed that had correct physical properties and geometry that cleaned different packaging configurations.

700 components on one carrier plate To facilitate the transportation in production and holding during burn test of miniscule micro electronic components. A carrier was developed which would hold over 700 components each less than 1mm size in a matrix on stainless steel carrier plate.

Special low friction coated seal Operating theatre equipment required a gas tight seal which retained a fitting that had to be quickly interchanged .This was achieved by designing seal with a special low friction coating that gave good gas seal and high slippage to aid removal.
